Carnival Splendor
After another severe ER fire damaged the Carnival Splendor, she was forced out of service for a major refit and RGB with an experienced large team of experienced engineers was contracted to assist.
RGB undertook a 3 month repair and replacement project including:
- Installation of approx.60km of MV/LV Power/Control/Fiber cable and associated racking.
- Approx. 90 Power/control/fiber approved cable splices installed.
- Termination, testing and commissioning of multiple ER systems.
The project was completed efficiently and to the complete satisfaction of the owners, who subsequently thanked RGB for their help and assistance in repairing the luxury cruise liner.
