The design, production, supply and installation of several new GSP panels, feeding critical ER auxiliaries onboard the ships was provided. The old obsolete GSP panels onboard several ships were in desperate need of replacement and Crystal could not wait until the next scheduled dry dock(s), due to the business risk if they had failures.
RGB successfully managed the project, including logistic, whereby the old panels were removed and the new were installed "in service" without causing any down time. It was critical for Crystal not to cause disruption to the ships schedule and/or in convenience to the passengers.
The above was only achieved with team work, allocation of good engineers and a close relationship with the operating line officers and management personnel.
